I don't think there is an individual building for the journalism career. But instead you can have yourself self-employed. In order to do that, you'll need either a phone or a computer. After that, go to the City Hall to have yourself registered.

I can't really explain where it is, but it is now in a "group" of building. It has the same logo as the business tower, with the suitcase, but is now part of a trio, such as the City Hall in Bridgeport. Hope this can help.
