What online colleges are reccommended for writing degrees(writing novels, movies.. etc)?

Okay, so I see online college is an option and I would absolutely love to do college at home online seeing that I work full time and have to help my family. A local college would take me forever to complete my degree because most classes are in conflict with my work schedule! Now I want to write novels or stories and want to write and make movies in the future too. Which online colleges would be most recommended for this particular degree? I have a major passion to learn right now, and it would help to have advice before making a mistake. And to be clear, I hear that the school should be regionally accredited for the degree to be recognized everywhere. Thank you all, I appreciate it!!!

Answer 3

Did you double check to see if your local college or state universities offer online courses, certificates and degrees? Most do not advertise that they offer them, it's something you will have to look at in their course catalog or website. Anyhow, I did online for the first two years of school through the University of New Mexico and a community college as I have kids and run a business. Also another great option is correspondence through a state university. These courses allow you to finish a course in one year from time of registration. Some colleges will allow up to 30 credit hours earned through correspondence. The only advice I can give you is to avoid the University of Phoenix as I have had a bad experience and so have many of my friends. They are more expensive than a private university and their credit hours typically won't count for a legitimate degree even if the course is 101. Hope this helps! Good Luck!

Answer 4

Any on line Collage will take your money and spend it! Your Degrees will not be regarded as true and you will be subjugated to your past that is caused by them.
